Ai is like a weird infinite mirror and lens that looks back at you.
Everything about space is technology if you want to maintain the advantage of power it means it completely depends on the access to the cutting edge of technology. Which means strategy is extremely dependent on the technology in the space. Only thing in the vacuum is what you brought under investment for the price of what it cost to get it off planet.
