Composite cnc machine to make parts on for products.
I designed a cnc machine and workflow pipeline to make drone frame parts and parts for knives/EDC tools. This machine is currently on hiatus as I ran out of funding currently but its 90% done.

I designed an entire advanced composite materials production system that can rapidly produce composite plates and sheets. Using the new Nvidia omniverse tools I can refine the pipeline and workflow further.

Very close to done and being able to be moved to a warehouse to begin production and further Iteration of design of the composite work flow systems. It needs 2 phase power to run. I know exactly what needs to be done to finish this into the first fully functioning prototype to turn into a production grae machine and begin building the next machine in the automated workflow cell to rapidly create a base plate or sheet system. To make novel composite plates and sheets to serve the growing market of more sustainable materials. These base sheets and plates once dialed in are precision aerospace grade. That can be turned into parts for the defense market drone parts from smaller to full on jet parts. Iit also can be used for precision laboratory machines and systems. Parts for mountain bikes and electric bikes as well. The market for bio plastics and composite market demand is steadily growing.


This will be fully encased and sealed. Sensor systems and other advanced machine and vision capabilities.
